Look Inside: NCCCLA 2021 Annual Conference Session Proposals
This year, our annual conference is moving online! But we want to maintain the same participatory, energizing conference that our members have come to expect from NCCCLA. We invite sessions in this spirit, showcasing the hard work we have all been doing to keep services going during this unprecedented time. Our theme "Look Inside" asks us to think about how we analyze and study ourselves: our collections, our services, and how we respond to and interact with our communities. To this end, we invite session proposals that discuss: the results of analysis efforts, how to set up assessment projects, using assessment as a starting point for advocacy, successful initiatives borne out of past assessments, or gaps in services that you've identified but aren't yet sure how to fill. If you have an idea for a session proposal that does not seem to fit the theme, we encourage you to submit it anyway, and to think about how assessment, analysis, and reflection may have informed your work, or how such actions might fit into the next steps for your project.

Session slots are 50 minutes long, and the suggested presentation time is 40-45 minutes, with 5-10 minutes of Q&A. All sessions will be presented via Zoom. The conference planning committee will provide training and practice opportunities with the software prior to the conference. Collaborative presentations and roundtables are, as always, encouraged too!
